Copyright and DMCA Policy

Effective October 2, 2026. Version 2026-10-02.

We respect copyright. This page explains how to tell us about content on TodaysHooks that you believe infringes your copyright, and how we handle those reports.

Our content

The Service, its design, software, niche descriptions, and the archive as a collection belong to JUAN SANSON, JR or its licensors. Subscribers receive a limited license described in the Terms of Service. Packs are generated by AI; we do not knowingly include other people's copyrighted text, lyrics, or brand material, and our rules tell the AI not to.

Report an infringement

If you believe material on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent:

Copyright agent, JUAN SANSON, JR
PO BOX 3094, Lacey, WA, 98509-3094
support@todayshooks.com

Your notice must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you say was infringed.
  3. Where the material is on the Service (a link or the date and niche of the pack).
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

Knowingly sending a false notice can make you liable for damages.

Counter-notice

If we remove material and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with: your signature; identification of the removed material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, and phone number, with consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, outside the United States, any judicial district where we can be found) and agreement to accept service from the person who sent the original notice. We may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notice unless the complainant tells us they have filed a court action.

Repeat infringers

We will end the accounts of subscribers who we determine are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
