Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to everyone who uses TodaysHooks. It forms part of the Terms of Service.

Do not use the Service to

• Break any law or regulation, or help someone else do so.
• Post false, deceptive, or misleading content, including fake testimonials, invented results, or claims you cannot back up about your business, prices, or credentials.
• Make health, medical, legal, financial, or safety claims that you are not qualified or licensed to make, or that are not true.
• Promise or imply guaranteed income, followers, views, bookings, or results.
• Promote content that is hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, or that exploits or endangers minors.
• Promote illegal goods or services, weapons, or other categories we do not offer (see the Restricted list below).
• Infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights, including using music, brand names, or characters you do not have the right to use.
• Skip required disclosures, for example failing to disclose a paid partnership or sponsorship.
• Spam, scam, or impersonate any person or business.

Do not misuse the Service itself

• Share, sell, or give away your login, or let others use your account.
• Copy, scrape, or bulk download packs or the archive, or use automated tools to collect them.
• Resell or redistribute packs, or use them to build a competing product or train a model or dataset.
• Try to get around plan limits, trial limits, or the niche change limits, for example by creating repeat accounts to get repeat trials.
• Probe, attack, or overload the Service; look for or exploit security weaknesses; or interfere with other users.
• Type instructions into the "request a niche" box or any other field to try to change how the AI behaves, or submit text designed to produce harmful content.
• Use the Service to build or send content in a niche we have declined to offer.

Categories we do not offer

The claims and rules around these areas are strict, so we do not generate packs for them: medical and health practitioners; mental health and therapy; nutrition and weight loss; supplements, peptides, CBD, and cannabis; medical spas and cosmetic procedures; legal services; financial, tax, insurance, mortgage, investing, and crypto services; firearms and weapons; adult content and gambling; multi-level marketing and make-money-online offers; and political campaigns. Childcare and children's services and veterinary medical advice are reviewed case by case.

What happens if you break this policy

We may remove access to content, suspend or end your account, and where the law requires or allows it, report activity to the authorities. Serious or repeated violations may mean no refund of the current period, as described in the Terms.
